#1
Hamilton Beach Community Council
Purpose: to identify community concerns and provide support to area
residents in the neighbourly pursuit of a sustainable community in
which to live.
Council members volunteer their time. For example they meet with
neighbouring industries, environmental organizations, city officials
and members of other community groups. They are available to
community residents to listen to their concerns and provide possible
direction for them to solve these issues.
Council meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
(excluding July, August, January) at the Beach Rescue Hall at 316
Beach Blvd, unless otherwise noted. The meetings are open to all
residents who are interested in attending to come together in an
amiable casual atmosphere. There will be an Agenda published for
each meeting along with the previous months approved minutes in
the Beach Banner and on the Community website.
To become part of a meetings' agenda please notify the secretary at
least one week prior to the meeting's date.

Minutes for previous meetings are available on request from the
secretary or on the Committee web page.
