Does anyone know what the city is doing on the path? 2 guys were here at 6:30 am, waking my whole family cutting the asphalt, then another truckload of 4 guys to fill it in with new asphalt came at 9. Don't know why they need 4 guys to fill a 2 foot by 3 foot hole? And they don't seem to have...
