NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPLICATION FOR MINOR VARIANCE
APPLICATION NO.HM/A-08-.77

IN THE MATTER OF The Planning Act, 1990 and of the Zoning By-Law No. 6593, of the City of Hamilton, Sections 9 and 19B Schedules S-1435 and S-1435a.
AND IN THE MATTER OF the Premises known as Municipal number 957 Beach Boulevard, in the City of Hamilton and in a "C/S-1435, S-1435a" (Urban Protected Residential amended by By-laws 99-169, 00-136) district;
AND IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION by the agent Cynthia Zahoruk Architect Inc. on behalf of the owners Lynn Voortman and Sonja Zijlstra, for relief from the provisions of the Zoning By-Law No. 6593, under Section 45 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, so as to permit the conversion of the existing legally established non-conforming four unit multiple dwelling into a two family dwelling through the demolition of an existing front addition and side addition together with the construction of a new one storey side and rear yard addition complete with new decks and porches notwithstanding that a maximum 15.0m front yard depth shall be provided instead of the maximum permitted 12.0m.
Please note that this property is located in the Designated Heritage Conservation District and requires approval from LACAC.
