If I had my way I would rather move to lake Erie area. But I can't afford to move at this time.

And welcome to the board Jan. :)

Selkirk is a nice relatively cheap area to live on the beach. It is a really nice area too but it is certainly nice here. I love the community.

One can get a lot more for their money in Selkirk for sure Jan. But then there aren't many services there either. A nice place to retire though. I guess my heart is in that area since we had a nice lakefront property on half of an acre years ago in Selkirk. Here is a link on it. I sure miss it there. It all depends what one wants in their lives. I'm more of a country girl and like the more peaceful areas. :)

No there isn't many services there but it is certainly beautiful area. I'm like you; I like this area and always have but maybe one day I will move out there as it isn't far to the city.
Beautiful property on the water that you had. I can certainly see why you miss it so much.

If I really wanted a challenge I would love to have one these built in that area. It's all I need for myself and my cute little dog.

Not sure if you have even seen there. But they are really different.
