Dear BCLG Members and Friends,
This is a reminder that our next meeting is this Sunday, March 11, at 2pm at
the Hamilton Beach Rescue Unit. The meeting will have a brief agenda - just
three or four items - and will mainly deal with the Request for Proposal
(RFP) which has been developed with the City of Hamilton.
The latest draft of the RFP is attached so you have an opportunity to look
it over before Sunday. That meeting will be our last opportunity to give
feedback to the executive before the RFP is finalized and issued.
Our meeting on Sunday will be a discussion more than a presentation. While
there are a few side items we'll table, including the Barbara McDougall
lighthouse bill, Doors Open Hamilton, and a surprise voice from the past,
the focus will be on the RFP. Please come prepared to ask questions and
state your opinion.
