BEACH COMMUNITY EDITION
The owners of 415 Beach Boulevard have proposed to build a single family home that requires a number of minor variances and a site plan registered with the City's Planning Department. After reviewing the plans in consultation with City staff and neighbours of 415 Beach Boulevard, it has been determined that the proposed home is too large for the site. We will continue to oppose the application to the Committee of Adjustment until substantial changes are proposed by the owner/applicant.
