In case you seen them today, Environment Canada was on Eastport Dr. beside the Sludge Ponds. They were measuring the bird population over there and told me that they were looking to decrease the numbers. It was very hard to hear them over the gulls and I wasn't dress for the occasion. As you can see, they wore hats and raincoats, I guess the gulls dive bomb.
