Peggy and myself were looking at this post card that was on eBay and we had our doubts about it being our Burlington Beach.

Yes, when looking for Burlington Beach pictures, Burlington Vermont comes up as more popular. In the posted picture, you can see a set of light standards in the distance and in the attached picture below you can see them close up. This picture would be somewhat newer as there are hydro towers on the harbour.

And look at the hill at the right, which is on both pics.

Good old pics though. I love the older ones.

I just scanned this pic out of my Around and about Hamilton book. And it says looking south to Stoney Creek. That pic looks to me like it's looking westward. And Stoney Creek is east of Hamilton not south.

The Beach does run pretty well north to south, the sun comes up over the lake. And this photo is another take on the one in post #5.

Yes, I have another of the same picture with a frame around it. Many of the postcards came out with different versions of the same picture, the old yacht club had many like that.
