Here is some info. I also put the home page as well so you can look at them all. The prices vary. It also shows room sizes and pics of the rooms. In the lower right corner of the listing pages you can choose either metric or imperial for the room sizes. Also here is a link about condo fees.

Just to add;
This is a link to the Dynes property condos, a little higher priced than the condos opposite the school.
http://branthaven.com/brancontent.html

I also hear from the rumor mill that Branthaven is interested in the motel, so we may see more development there.
I don't what the hold up is for the project near the canal where the antique shop use to be, but those will be very pricey (~600k).

There are many new homes that have been built on the sidestreets and I believe there is one for sale, those seem like a better deal to me. You get more room and a back yard, more upkeep, but more room.

Also depending on property size it can be cheaper to hire the outdoor work done then paying some of those condo fees. That's if a person doesn't want to deal with or is unable to do the outdoor work.

$399,000 for a CONDO, I cant imagine moving from a house to a condo...i would miss my privacy , my garden, the right to renovate my home the way i choose & not have to ask some Condo commitee.not to mention paying condo fees.

But i guess for some people its alot simpler lifestyle..no lawn to mow or shovel. those are the only perks i can think of.

Condos

Condos or is it condums.

They are not pretty, and I see more and more of those ugly things on the strip.
This is typical of many things now aday.

They are equally as bad as the stuff along the #5 hwy Corn flakes boxes.
The builder doesn't care just pay your bucks and I will not have to live there
These are just shoe boxes.
Prices are not cheap and you continually keep paying.
I was lucky and bought my place (1/4 acre) for $17,500. a couple of years ago.

I sure miss the old stuff when I was young and people along the strip where proud of their places.
