It's that time of year again! BCLG is looking for good used stuff to sell at Lighthouse Lane.

Sunday July 11 from 8 am to 2:30ish Killarney Street becomes Lighthouse Lane for BCLG's 7th Street Sale. It's our major fundraiser!



1) Drop-off saleable items at 671 Beach Bld., (at Killarney)

- Saturday and Sundays June 26 an d 27, July 3 and 4 from 9 am to 3ish pm

- Most weekday evenings from 6 pm to 9 pm or leave items& nbsp;in front of the garage doors, if the weather is good. But if it's raining, leave the items on the porch.



2) Sale day Sunday, July 11 plan to join us for a 2 or 3 hour shift - morning (8:30-10:30), midda y (10:30-12:30) or early afternoon (12:30-2:30). We need:

- 3 to 4 sun-seekers per shift roving the tables to make sales and package up the "fragiles" and pack up what's left at the end,

- 2 greeters seated in the shade at the BCLG table to provide information on the group and the lightstation and to sell BCLG pins, other lighthouse merchandise, memberships and cold bottled water.

This is our major fundraiser. We need your help.

BCLG is still looking for good used stuff to sell at Lighthouse Lane. Tomorrow, Saturday July 10 a few stalwarts are unpacking and pricing the treasures that have been donated so far. Drop-off saleable items at 671 Beach Bld., (at Killarney) tomorrow Saturday July 10 from 10 am to 12 noon.

Since our May General Meeting , 2 Burlington Lights are part of the 900ish lighthouses that the Department of Fisheries and Oceans has declared surplus to the federal government's needs. Find out what's happening with the City of Hamilton's negotiations with the federal government and how it may fit with the action of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans
