Lift Bridge Closure 2020

Next week (June 15th to the 23rd) the Lift Bridge will be closed to traffic as there will be maintenance done, the bridge will be lifted to the top so that shipping is not affected.
Maintenance will take place between 8pm and 6am. I haven't seen any reports from the media on this closure, but I will post any further info if it becomes available.

I drove by today around 2pm and it was already fixed, you would think that someone during or before the install would of noticed.

Update from the Bridge;
Bridge Closures on Burlington Canal Lift Bridge

Hamilton, Ontario, June 12, 2020 - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists, cyclist and pedestrians that Burlington Canal Lift Bridge will be closed overnight for repair work during the following periods:

Monday, June 15, 2020 to Friday, June 19, 2020 from 8 pm to 6 am
Monday, June 22, 2020 from 8 pm to 6 am

Marine traffic will not be affected during the closures. The schedule may change depending on weather conditions.

PSPC encourages users to exercise caution when travelling on the bridge and thanks them for their patience.
