Traffic on the Burlington Canal Lift Bridge will be restricted to the northbound lanes of the bridge from today until Friday.
Public Works and Government Services Canada is advising motorists of traffic disruptions on the bridge from 7 a.m. today until 7 a.m. on Friday, March 21.
During this time, both southbound lanes on the bridge will be closed.
Traffic lights will be in place to direct motorists to cross the bridge one direction at a time using the two northbound lanes.
The lane closures are required to accommodate repairs to the metal grating of the bridge roadway. Following the repairs, all lanes will reopen
