The Planning Committee is holding a Public Meeting under the Planning Act to consider modifications to Zoning By-law Nos. 6593 (Hamilton) and 05-200 respecting certain lands on the west side (bay side) of Beach Boulevard, as on the map.

By -law No. 6393
• to increase the minimum ground floor elevation from 76.0 metres above mean sea level to 76.5 metres and to update technical references to the regulations and Schedules of By-law No. 99-170 for lands that are zoned "C/S-1436" (Urban Protected Residential, etc.) District and "G/S-1436" (Neighbourhood Shopping Centre, etc.) District; Zoning By-law No. 05-700

• to require a minimum ground floor elevation of 76.5 metre above mean sea level, prohibition on basements and cellars, greater side yard setbacks and accessory building regulations, for the properties located at Nos. 328, 336, 344 (part), 400, 532, 536, and 538 Beach Boulevard and zoned Neighbourhood Commercial (C2) Zone.

Written Comments: Please submit comments to Lisa Chamberlain, Planning Co-ordinator (contact information below) for inclusion in the Agenda for the Public Meeting. The deadline for comments is noon on Monday. November 3, 2019. Any comments received after this date will be included in the November 13, 2019 Council agenda.

Presentation: Anyone interested in making a presentation at the Public Meeting is asked to pre-register as a delegation by no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, November 3. 2019 by contacting Lisa Chamberlain, Planning Coordinator (contact information below).
