Rat Control
Residents are asked to keep watch on a new problem for the Beach, some areas are experiencing a large increase in the rat population. The City’s Health Department has visited sections of the beach and have baited these areas that are City owned, they also sent out some info pamphlets on rat control facts(attached). It is the home owners responsibility to control pests on their property.
Please report any sightings to Jane Murrell, Public Health Inspector at (905) 546-2424 ext. 5049.
