Had this one sent in, why are they drilling into the sidewalks near the Rescue Unit?? I stopped by and asked, the City has hired a contractor (Level Concrete) to fix some of our sidewalks. The job foreman Mike :tbu: told me that instead of replacing sunken and skewed walks, they drill holes and pump a cement mixture underneath sections of walkways and lift them back to where they once were, you can see the sections actually lift up a couple inches as they pumped the mixture into the holes. All for about a third of the cost of replacement.
