The City's new initiative "Trees Across Hamilton" will be in Confederation Park this Saturday (May 7th) between 9am and 12pm. We're looking for 10 to 15 volunteers to help plant 200 trees in the park in the naturalized areas. I've attached a map of where the volunteers are to meet. Those who are interested are to bring a shovel and gloves if they need them. It's short notice, but we've just confirmed the areas in the City where we're interested in planting trees, and thankfully Confederation Park was chosen.
