Never heard about that one, but how dumb can you be to buy something like that from anyone other than the government itself.

I will not do business with Glow Variety, Dear Doe Variety or Sandies Variety anymore. All for the same problem. They all decided to read my personal fax I wanted to send which is none of their business. Bottom line their nosy behaviours cost them business. Now I go to Staples to send my faxes which so far has minded their own business. And now for other things I need I go to other corner stores.

the goverment of Canada wont offer any help for aquiring a waiver it is the US Goverment paperwork where if you don't know what to do they suggest getting a paralegal to help which that guy portrays himself as. The whole process does not even require help once you know what to do. This is one of those things that you wouldn realy know about untill it happens to you or a friend...#1 Rule always get Recipts and keep all paperwork so you can go back on the scammer .
