Thanks Keith! I was watching the work crews removing sections of the wall and wondering if they were just fixing some bad spots, but looks like they installing something.
I will have to go back in the warmer weather to see what was done.
Also, I found out today that canal is opening much later this year, could be all the work was delayed because this year's very cold weather.

You can't too close with all those fences in the way, the one lock has an observation deck but fence around it is about eight feet high. Might have to bring a step ladder next time.
