Why is that boat out there?

A few resident have asked me why is that boat out there everyday near Hutch's?
The workboat Kenteau has been on the lake for a few weeks inspecting our City water intake pipes. I believe we have three of them, all different lengths.

My question is why would someone eat at hutches?? well at least a word of advice dont get a "banquet burger"

butt on the topic at hand really I didnt know that the water was taken directly from the lake

The City stopped taking water out of the harbour a century ago because everyone was dying. A new water pumping station was built just off of Woodward Ave, good place for a tour now.

And I don't mind the food at Hutch's, just a regular burger for me though.:3pepsi:I will have to try Barangas one day.
