On Monday October 10th, I checked the neighbourhood and found many impacted areas most notably the 440 condos.
The substance looked to be a combination of salt and an aggregate.
I checked the pile over at pier 22 and it was left open for the entire long weekend, the Port has now widen the impact area where property and vehicles can be damage by a corrosive material.

Checking my property on November 17th showed a salt looking substance all over my vehicle and it also covered many vehicles on the adjoining side streets.
Checking the salt piles on Eastport, one pile had been moved to an existing pile prior to the 17th and was left open during some high winds from the west.

Traveling further along Eastport, a ship was unloading fertilizer into a dome and the wind is allowing product to leave the site;

And at the south end of the Beach heading to Van Wagners' there was heavy smoke emitting from AIM recycle, more Port tenants impacting Beach residents.

The same pile was left open for the entire weekend due to high winds stopping the cover up, in that time our properties from Arden to Rembe Ave were constantly impacted with a salt like substance.
