Cigarette boats from both sides of the border came through the canal today and into the harbour. They were very loud and really didn't seem to care what the speed limit was. :D

The owners from Dynes have removed the old Turbo gas station to make more room for parking, I guess they are expecting a lot of people for Beach Reunion at the end of the month. :D

It's going to be a little more crowded on the Beach, the City has put the vacant lots on Arden Ave up for sale. From what I hear, the City is waiting to see how this sale works out and then will put the rest on the market, including any on the boulevard. Scotto
