fireworks went off just after 11 but smoke from the first few kind of blocked the view of the rest - but still a good show

Went over by the the Burlington Pier by water, it looks totally not boat friendly, it is way to high for boats to rope of too. Looks more like it is going to be just a look out pier.

A shame as it would be a great addtion to the boating community along the Burlington

waterfront. Sort of like Port Dalhousie

I thought that there was to be moorings for pleasure craft?? Is there a way to access the pier from the water?

It is is hard to tell as it is still so far away from being finished, I think it will be nice when if finally does get finished but I am guessing 2010.
