Invitation to Design Workshop – Confederation Park Gateways, Signage & Theming Workshop
The City of Hamilton is initiating the design process for the development of gateways, signage and theming for Confederation Park between Grays Road and Beach Blvd, Hamilton.
The format of this session will begin with a brief introduction to identify current Hamilton gateways and signage elements with several external examples from other communities. This will be followed by a round-table brainstorm session to sketch up/mark down ideas for a brief summary presentation by each working group at the conclusion of the workshop. As part of this workshop, we wish to build consensus on at least two directions to develop further for general public review and comments.
If you are interested in participating in this workshop, please attend our session on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the Lakeland Centre – Lakeview Hall (2nd Floor) located at 180 Van Wagner’s Beach Road, Hamilton. Project updates will be available at hamilton.ca/LAS.
