Several months ago I urged our Council to join other communities across the Province in appealing to the Provincial Government to reform the province wide CVA property assessment system.
I was wondering whether the HBPC could look at passing a motion to bolster the City's motion that asked the Provincial Ombudsman to investigate CVA as it has many flaws. A host of neighbourhoods across the City were hit hard by the new numbers released by the province, including the Beach.
