Driving across the Lift Bridge

Do you think the construction crew is gonna give us more room to driver over? what a mess tonight, not 1 pylon cone survived. probably all in the canal.

Probably a few dented vehicles as well. Nice mess

Yes it is Steve, just wait until we get some snow. I don't think the plows will fit with what is there.
Even a couple of feet would help.
I was down there tonight and the traffic is backed up because of the small lanes and all the accidents on QEW.
I'm sure something will be done to remedy this problem and I will keep everyone updated.

Between the wind and the trucks, I am not surprised that the pylons did not survive. Trying to drive beside one of the trucks was frightening the other evening.

We had that little snow fall last night and MTO plows would have been out. We see Monday if that will change anything, it is too tight with all those big trucks going across the Bridge and there isn't enough room for the plows. See what happens Monday.
