Fundraising

I seen this one the other Beach site with Yahoo Groups and thought it should be reposted over here.

My Lodge is doing a fundraising pancake breakfast on Sunday June 18
for a Niagara area family with a 5 year old son in Toronto Sick Kids.
The boy is undergoing multiple organ transplants.the parents need to
be near pretty much of the time and so have not been able to work and
this affect their ability to stay above water financially.
Cost is $7.00 adults
$3.00 kids
location Hamilton Shrine Club 82 Melvin Ave Hamilton
Sunday June 18th 2006 from 9:40 am to 12:30 pm

Hi all


Just a quick note of thanks to those who contributed to the Isaac
Fundraiser, Scotto dropped off those donations and before the Master of
my lodge could get up and over to thank Him he was gone.Having worked
all night, I can understand why.
As of last conversation I had with rest of commitee a total of $2500
was raised.We also received good news Toronto Sick kids had saved his
lungs and he may not require a lung transplant.
I tried to post this on Hamilton Beach website however I have not
been on it often enough to have that priveledge so if someone on here
that can would please repost this message there for me I would be
grateful.
So once again on behalf of the members of Dundurn Lodge #475 thankyou
for your help with this project.
