That's about the time I thought they did it.

Big spending on the roadways then. It was about 1981 when they finished doing the Burlington St. overpass.

I wished they repair all the millions of potholes around the city now.

Where all those warehouses are just off Eastport drive is where there was once an island in the bay and we would skate out to it as kids...long before the Skyway existed....awww "progress".

Yes the Beach has paid dearly for the "progress" that has go on over there, it must warm your heart.
Was there a place called the "inlet" located there?
