A special welcome to new residents of the Beach Neighbourhood!
The Easter Egg Hunt held April 10th was a success and Ed Nowlan extended thanks to Jimmy and Susan Lomax, the Beach Rescue Unit and all of the Easter Bunnies’ volunteers that dedicated their time, resources and generous donations that contributed to the fun.
The Spring Clean up was well attended this year with over 50 volunteers to help clean up our neighbourhood. Councillor Chad Collins extended special thanks to Ron and Avis Speranzini, Gary and Jane Krutchka, Ed Nowlan, Debbie Levo and the Beach Rescue Unit for helping to organize and support the event. Thank you to all that weathered the winds and heat on that day to collect debris. Great Job!
In response to the issue of Doggie doo on the trail a bag station installed by the City is being considered to dispense collection bags near the parking lots.
