I added a pic of a great blue heron to my photobucket site. Here is the link if anyone wants to see it.

Great pic, I changed the link to show it. Is that taken at Confederation Park or over at the service road?

It was taken at Valley Inn Road at RBG back in 2005. I used to love to sit there at the ponds and take in the nature.

They did eventually closed that road from York. It was going to cost too much to repair the wooden bridge. I haven't been to the ponds since they closed it. I will try and go when the spring comes.
