On Monday March 23, 2020 crews will begin steam line work on a new boiler facility located in the north eastern part of our property.
Residents may notice an increase in noise and steam clouds coming from our property as result of this maintenance activity.
This steam line work will take place between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and is expected to be completed by Friday April 10, 2020. Every effort will be made to minimize any impact to residents during this time.
The City of Hamilton and the Ministry of Environment Conservations and Parks have also been notified.
