I sat in my chair and watched the multitude pass by my place here on the Northshore and remember when I to could run, or was it that I had the runs.

I saw back then people who could not and felt sorry for them , but knew nothing of their plight. WELL! the time has come around.
With Pulminary Fibroses. it does let you know.

The spring in the air and me in my chair, a real bummer.
I would ask that you who read this go outside and run a block for me.

I am looking to the Beach Flea-Mkt and the joys of having all those people come out and have a summer celebration.

Very sorry to hear Rae, hope you come back around.
Must be a big problem if you want to go down to the US where it is warm in the winter??
The Beach Garage Sale will be here before you know it, yes the whole Beach will be packed from one end to the other.
