CHOVAZ, Lorne Peacefully passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on December 8, 2010, at the age of 82. Loving husband of Louise for over 61 years. Beloved father of Chris (Linda), Michael (Donna) and Steve (Maria). Cherished Grandpa to Joelle, Nicholas, Geoff, Tiffany, Kyle, Darcie, Erin, Chris, Mike and seven great-grandchildren. Will also be sadly missed by Rob (Mary) and Brenda (Gerrie). Lorne was a longtime member of the Beach Rescue Unit and Dofasco Senior. In following Lorne's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration Of Life will take place at the Beach Rescue Unit, 316 Beach Blvd., Hamilton on Saturday, December 11, 2010 from 1-3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Ronald McDonald House would be appreciated by the family.
