Dear Friends of the Lighthouse,
1. The next Beach Canal Lighthouse Group meeting is on Wednesday evening at 7pm at the Hamilton Beach Rescue Unit at 316 Beach Blvd., across from Dynes Tavern. Our agenda will include:
- important updates
- a strategy discussion
- news from the past (do we have a treasure hunt in the making?!)
- the Geo. Thomson diaries
- the fresnel lens
- those famous lighthouse cookies!
2. This Saturday (May 6) is the 1st drop-off date for items for "Lighthouse
Lane" (our street sale within a street sale in July). Please take your
basement/yard/garage sale treasures to Grace and Roger's garage. It's on
Killarney Avenue, half way down Beach Blvd. on the lake side.
3. Remember that the International Lighthouse Conference takes place in
Southamption June 1-4. Full conference details are available at
