Starting today and until July 11, you can pre-order Windows 7 upgrades for a pretty good savings from several vendors, including Best Buy, Future Shop and direct from Microsoft. The Home Premium upgrade will run you around $65 during the sales; normal price will be around $130 if you wait until Oct. 22, when it is released.
